On the 30th of January, 1996, the **First Declaration of La Realidad was made known, in which the EZLN convoked the people from around the world to come together For Humanity and Against Neoliberalism.
At the beginning of the month of April, 1996, the **Continental American Encounter For Humanity and Against Neoliberalism takes place in La Realidad.
During the month of May the **Inter-European Encounter For Humanity and Against Neoliberalism takes place in Berlin, Germany.
Finally, towards the end of May, 1996, the EZLN, via its spokesperson, the Subcomandante Marcos, **convokes the Intercontinental Encounter For Humanity and Against Neoliberalism
